How to connect and use Google Calendar with DMDrop
Sync Google Calendar to prevent double bookings and automatically attach Google Meet links to scheduled calls.
The short answer
Go to Creator Studio → Integrations, click Connect on Google Calendar, and sign in with your Google account. DMDrop will automatically hide busy time slots on your storefront and add unique Google Meet video links to newly booked meetings.
Why connect Google Calendar?
Connecting your Google Calendar enables two-way synchronization between your schedule and your DMDrop storefront:
- Real-time conflict prevention: DMDrop scans your Google Calendar events and instantly blocks out slots when you are busy.
- Instant Google Meet links: Every confirmed 1:1 call automatically generates a unique Google Meet video conferencing link.
- Automated calendar invites: Calendar invitations (.ics) and reminders are sent directly to both you and your client.
